Parking Permit Form
Students MUST have a parking permit in order to park on campus. Please print out the form, fill it out, and then bring it, along with the $6.00 fee, to Mrs. Eamick in the Business Office. The Business Office is located between the Main Office entrance and the lobby to the Auditorium. You can get the Parking Permit Form here.
