Senior Awards Night

Our students were honored for their hard work and dedication through GPA recognitions, Arts Seals, ELA proficiency, dual enrollment achievements, military enlistments, college acceptances, scholarships, AVID, TYLA, and many other special recognitions.
President's Saguaro Scholars Award

This incredible scholarship awards up to $60,000 over four years and recognizes students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, rigorous coursework, leadership, extracurricular involvement, and strong future goals.

We are so proud to see Care recognized for his hard work, dedication, and academic excellence. Your future is bright, and we cannot wait to see all that you accomplish at the University of Arizona! 
Youth Leadership Excellence Award

She received the GTL Youth Leadership Excellence Award at the recent 73rd annual Community Impact Awards, brought to you by Greater Tucson Leadership. Lucy was part of the TYLA program cohort at Palo Verde and was also selected to speak at the event!
FAFSA Peer Coach of the Year
So proud to celebrate senior student Christine and all she has accomplished! 

At the official Celebration of Service to Education for Pima County and the City of Tucson on May 1, 2026, she was recognized as FAFSA Peer Coach of the Year for her dedication to helping her classmates complete their FAFSA applications and plan for their futures.

As if that wasn’t enough, she was also selected as the student speaker for the event and received a $1,000 stipend in recognition of her hard work and impact.

Her commitment to supporting others and uplifting her peers truly reflects what this celebration is all about. We are beyond proud of her and can’t wait to see all the amazing things ahead!
